If your athlete is offered a spot on a team, the tournament fee is:

Termites & 6U Girls : $185/per player

All Other Age Divisions : $245/per player

This price includes 4 game guarantee, tournament jersey kits, and all the fun and excitement that comes with the Fargo FaceOff experience! Payment will be due once your spot is confirmed.

• This form does not guarantee a spot, but it ensures your athlete is considered if space becomes available

• If a spot opens, you will be contacted via phone and/or email

• If no response is received after two contact attempts / 48 hours, the spot may be offered to the next player on the list
